Your responsibilities:

Writing EVERYTHING! — video scripts, emails, landing pages, ads, social media — and all those things you ever wanted to write (and some that you didn’t… sorry!)
Strategizing and constantly thinking of how your words have a cascading impact on the brands you launch
Experimenting. A lot. You have an idea? Try it. And let us know what worked!
Researching and an unstoppable drive to be the smartest person in the room when it comes to your product, industry, and audience
Inspiring the entire marketing team with your unequivocal intuition and unexplainable wealth of knowledge — and the occasional “I told you so…”
Analyzing data to understand why the thing you did worked even when everyone told you it wouldn’t!
Learn from $100,000s-worth of courses, workshops, trainings… and yes, they ARE better than that free YouTube video you watched earlier
Use the latest digital marketing tools and hacks… don’t know ‘em? We’ll teach you (at the beginning)
Play a foundational role in launching amazing products (and a few not-so-amazing ones)
Be part of a team of digital marketing masterminds who are all driven to succeed and will expect you do the same

Your qualification:

Our Head is an Architect. And your teammates worked at banks, bars, and warehouses.
So you don’t NEED to have studied marketing. Or languages… or even have a degree!
But you DO need proven experience as a copywriter, content marketer, content writer, or related role,
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills… in ENGLISH
Attention to detail — but not in that after-thought CV skills keyword-stuffing way. In a I-can’t-help-this way,
The ability to find the most obscure details about products, or groups of people. And make sense of it,
No Armenian required. Our copy team are all native and fluent English speakers, and everyone else on the team speaks and dreams in English,

Business Development Manager in Yerevan

TCF is hiring!

TCF team is growing and we’ve got a great opportunity for those who are enthusiastic self-starters, who possess both superb analytical skills and are also comfortable with relationship building and sales. So, If you're passionate about collaborating with creators, have strong communication skills in English, and are seeking a fast-paced environment to learn and develop, then catch the opportunity!

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be establishing networks with creators/startups and established companies from all over the world, maintaining valued client relationships, and negotiating deals. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and marketing, identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

What you’ve got to do?

Lead pre-deal activities including identifying opportunities, negotiating with creators, developing business cases, preparing presentations etc;
Foster beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business;
Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies;
Negotiate and close deals that promote sustained revenue;
Adapt new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by TCF Armenia;
Be super enthusiastic about negotiation and sales;

To succeed in this role, you’ll need;

At least one year of experience in sales, partnership, and business development;
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships;
Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion;
Competency in negotiating and closing business deals;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
BA degree in business development, sales, marketing, or similar field;
