TCF’s Prelaunch.com product team seeks an awesome Operations manager to join!

You will be in charge of the operational processes of one of TCF’s core products Prelaunch.com.

Prelaunch serves as an all-in-one platform for testing the demand for the product and uncovering the perfect price point. It provides everything the creator needs for the prior product validation process in one place: a special landing page for different positioning, price, and design testings, as well as solid analytics along with market-tested benchmarks.

So, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing product, which solves one of the biggest problems that entrepreneurs and inventors face in the early product development stages — product-market fit.

Your role involves making important policy and strategic decisions, mentoring Prelaunch.com team members, finding ways to increase the quality of customer/user success, and implementing best practices.

Your unique opportunities:

• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions on operations of Prelaunch.com;

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for the account management team;

• Coordinate the work of account managers, copywriters, and designers;

• Participate in the hiring and mentorship processes of the new team members;

• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;

• Collaborate with the engineering department;

Your Role Overview

Data, data is everywhere, especially in one of TCF's products, Prelaunch.com.

So, we’re after a Senior Data Analyst who will take responsibility for analyzing collected data, managing our master data set, developing reports, and using data analysis tools to provide meaningful information and insights which will help the Prelaunch.com product team make better-informed decisions.

Your unique opportunities:

• To develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
• To identify data sources, collect data, source missing data;
• To organize data into usable formats;
• To structure large data sets to find usable information and identify trends and patterns;
• To manage and improve existing reporting systems, prepare reports and complex analyses;
• To interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports;
• To create visualizations of data by using dashboards, graphs, infographics, and other methods;
• To establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions;
• To come up with new insights and recommendations for the platform’s analytics dashboard

Your Unique skillset:

• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases;
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods;
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• 5+ years of data analyst or related experience;
• Proficiency in using reporting & data visualization tools, such as Business Objects, PowerBI and others;
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS);
• Knowledge of Digital marketing analytics tools, including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite;
• Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage;

Your Role Overview

TCF Engineering team continues growing, and we are looking for a Software Engineer (JavaScript) to join our Engineering department for prelaunch.com.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing product and work on new features using Node.js and React.js. The project that you will build is a first-of-its-kind product validation platform that solves one of the biggest problems that entrepreneurs and inventors face in the early product development stages — product-market fit.

Your Unique Opportunities:

• Collaborate with SW architects on proposed architecture.;

• Write high-quality code that is scalable, reliable, and reusable;

• Write unit/integration tests to ensure the high quality and sustainability of the application and influence test-driven;

• Define and communicate technical and design requirements;

Your Unique Skillset:

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer;

• Good knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript;

• Comprehensive knowledge of Node.js;

• Knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem is a must;

• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases;

• Experience with AWS: Amplify(GraphQL), Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB and etc.;

• Understanding of SOLID principles, OOP/OOD, functional programming, and design patterns;

• Great interpersonal and communication skills;

• Love of writing clean and maintainable code;

• Good knowledge of English;

 As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be establishing networks with creators/startups and established companies from all over the world, maintaining valued client relationships, and negotiating deals. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and marketing, and identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

What you’ve got to do?

• Lead pre-deal activities including identifying opportunities, negotiating with startups, developing business cases, etc.
• Foster beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business;

• Negotiate and close deals that promote sustained revenue;
